Position Overview:
- Deliver top-notch service and quality beverages in a welcoming and neat environment. Reflect the organization's core values and principles.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide high-quality beverages, food products, and guidance to customers
- Manage workload effectively during peak times
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards
- Adhere to safety protocols for food handling
- Communicate crucial information to management
- Act with integrity and uphold organizational values
- Follow operational policies and procedures diligently
- Model a Just Culture and Organizational Values
- Perform additional tasks as required (HIPAA compliance mandatory)
