  • Assist store management in overseeing the assigned department and other store areas as required
  • Effectively communicate by assigning on-floor tasks, guiding associates with company goals, and providing hands-on training
  • Maintain company standards in presenting top-tier apparel and equipment brands in the sports industry
  • Engage with customers authentically to demonstrate passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment to their sport
  • Follow company guidelines for excellent customer service and sales by interacting with customers
  • Promote company initiatives such as warranty sales, loyalty programs, credit cards, and seasonal offers
  • Adhere to loss prevention standards and audit protocols
  • Be prepared to handle additional tasks as required by business needs

Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Clear and concise communication skills with a focus on active listening
  • Genuine passion for sports
