KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify, assess, and cultivate potential donors
  • Develop strategies for engaging with prospects
  • Coordinate special events and gift proposals
  • Prepare communications for donors
  • Recommend and implement engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership for fundraising initiatives
  • Oversee donor-related events
  • Maintain records of interactions with donors
  • Work with volunteers to enhance fundraising efforts
  • Contribute to community engagement activities
  • Supervise staff members
This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
