The Senior Financial Consultant is a unique position within Optum with primary responsibilities of working with operational and financial data for pricing of various Optum Insight products.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.Pricing support for OptumInsight Payer software and services product suite
Pull and manipulate operational and financial data
Effectively work with cross-functional teams that include Finance, Sales, Product and Operations
Develop a strong understanding of the business mission through effective interactions with upper management, and strong working relationships within and outside of Finance
Review customer contracts to ensure accuracy and risk minimization
Prepare financial analysis and present deal economics, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of data and / or financial analysis
Proficiency with MS Excel
Ability to analyze complex data and make decisions and clearly articulate reasons for making a decision

MBA
Pricing experience with solid knowledge of financial concepts
Experience with Salesforce.

Washington Residents Only:
The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
