As the Senior Project Manager at Social Driver, you will:

  • Oversee all facets of our major client projects to ensure they are progressing smoothly.
  • Engage directly with clients and coordinate with members of the project team.
  • Lead client meetings and internal sessions to allocate resources effectively for client projects.
  • Collaborate with team leads to maintain consistency across project processes.
  • Contribute to enhancing the current project management procedures.
  • Supervise project budgets effectively.
  • Manage project timelines and resource allocations
  • Goals and Expectations
  • Objective: Demonstrate leadership in all project aspects at Social Driver, including problem-solving, budget management, and recognizing new prospects and methodologies.
  • Approach: A Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure timely, budget-conscious project completion. Additionally, they will partner with the Director of Project Management to spot opportunities for process enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Key qualifications for this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project Management Certification (preferred but not mandatory) combined with 3+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in handling WordPress and Drupal website development projects.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM strategies and graphic design projects.
  • Competence in social media management
  • Strong organizational and process-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms: Asana and Basecamp.
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Google).
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word applications.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with iWork tools (Pages, Keynote, Numbers).
  • Proficiency in team resource management applications like Float or Teamweek.
  • Working understanding of Adobe software.
