The Appointment Setter supports our sales team by reaching out to potential customers in a call center setting, focusing on scheduling appointments. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a minimum standard of outbound calls
  • Approaching each call with the aim of setting appointments
  • Handling sales inquiries promptly
  • Following up with potential customers
  • Responding to internet leads
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in outbound calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior phone experience
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
