What You'll Be Doing:
  • Serve as a pivotal link between Contract Manufacturing/Repair partners and various NVIDIA teams, including Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning.
  • Proactively address challenges, implement effective business processes, and enhance refurbishment operations, capacity management, and inventory control at repair sites.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to integrate necessary repair processes and ensure compliance audits are carried out.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Planning and Procurement to guarantee supply chain readiness for new service offerings and ongoing repair build plans.
  • Drive repair efficiency by optimizing test capacity, defective inventory management, and repair component availability.
  • Supervise Repair Execution by monitoring and enhancing metrics such as timely completion, average days late, and commitment performance.
  • Oversee technical aspects of the repair process, including finished goods quality, yield management, and capacity utilization.
  • Emphasize repair efficiency to deliver top-notch repair output with a focus on continuous improvement.


What We Need to See:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in operations and execution of technology-related products, emphasizing cost, quality, and delivery.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in product development, NPI, or related engineering fields.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in reverse logistics, encompassing operations and logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaborations with suppliers, factories, and operations.
  • Strong background in factory performance within OEM Servers, PCBA, and related operations such as SMT and system integration.


The base salary range for this position is competitive, and will be determined based on your location, experience, and industry standards. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
