Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to design and implement innovative solutions on our platform and with our technical support team.

The Solutions Architect will work closely with team members, stakeholders, users, and other teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions within our platform.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain intuitive, efficient user interfaces using Angular
Active Development in Azure using cloud based storage which includes but is not limited to Azure SQL, SQL Server, CosmosDB, and Blob Storage
Automated build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps for CI/CD
Develop and design RESTful services and APIs
Apply latest software design techniques and contribute to the technical design of new solutions
Write object-oriented and maintainable code
Consults with other developers, data analysts and other IT specialists to determine system specifications to meet the functional and performance requirements
Communicate concepts, recommendations, and solutions effectively with customers as well as management, verbally and in written format
Architects, designs, develops web applications and cloud solutions to meet customer/product requirements
Provide support and maintenance for existing software and/or web applications/products
Manages the full development lifecycle, from planning & design, to implementation, testing & deployment
Create standards for Junior Developers, guide and mentor Junior Developers through system changes
Conduct regular code reviews
Ensuring adherence to coding standards, scalability, and maintainability
Oversee the integration of front-end and back-end elements
Run coding exercises
Develop lesson plans and paths
Lead discussion for new features
Set and implement security, code monitoring, network & infrastructure standards
Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand their business needs and challenges
Create architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, tools, and frameworks
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends ? Deliver quality results on time with minimal supervision
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred) ? A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, system architecture, or related roles ? Proficiency in using: o C#
o Angular o .NET o SQL o Azure o Node Packages

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, infrastructure as code)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Certificates and Licenses
Clearance Certificate issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission required
Experience working in Agile environment
Experience with Scrum
Understanding of SOLID Principles
Experience with educational platforms
AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect

Work Schedule:
This is a Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, 5 Days/Week, Remote position.

In-Person Attendance :

In-person attendance at professional development, training, conferences, job fairs, meetings, school events, marketing events, and/or testing sites will be required several times per year.


Vision :
