Description

The General Manager for Villa Restaurant Group Quick Service Restaurants will oversee the effective and profitable operation of the designated restaurant(s). You will offer guidance, leadership, and supervision to the restaurant team, while ensuring excellent Guest satisfaction, adherence to company standards, and accomplishment of financial targets.


What You'll Do:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Recruit, onboard, train, and oversee restaurant staff.
    • Set expectations, give feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
    • Promote a positive work atmosphere and encourage teamwork.
  • Operations Management:
    • Supervise day-to-day restaurant activities, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage costs effectively for maximum profitability.
    • Implement and uphold company protocols and procedures.
  • Guest Service:
    • Uphold high levels of Guest satisfaction through Exceptional Guest Service delivery.
    • Address Guest issues or feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Train Team Members to provide outstanding Guest service.
  • Financial Management:
    • Create and oversee the restaurant's budget.
    • Track sales and expenses to meet financial objectives.
    • Deploy strategies to boost revenue and decrease costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Work with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and projects.
    • Lead local marketing initiatives to attract and maintain Guests.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
    • Maintain a safe and secure restaurant atmosphere for both Team Members and Guests.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Create and submit precise reports on sales, inventory, and financial performance.
    • Maintain records of Team Members' schedules, payroll, and other administrative duties.

What You'll Need:

  • Demonstrated experience as a General Manager in the quick-service restaurant sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, encompassing food safety and hygiene.
  • Financial proficiency and budget management expertise.
  • Capability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of marketing and promotional techniques.
  • Compliance with all legal and company regulations.

Salary Range: $60-$67k annually
