Great opportunity for Sterilization Technician/ Dental Assistant in Falls Church We prefer candidates with at least 1 year of clinical experience, but will consider candidates with no experience. This is a full time, day shift, onsite opportunity.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our dental practice. As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our dental instruments and equipment. Your attention to detail and adherence to proper sterilization procedures will contribute to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities:
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
- Maintain inventory of sterilization supplies and order as needed
- Follow proper infection control protocols and guidelines
- Assist dental team with chairside duties as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on sterilization equipment
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Sterilization Technician or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and practices
- Familiarity with anatomy and patient assessment
- Proficiency in using CAD software for dental imaging
- Experience with Eaglesoft or Dentrix dental software systems
- Understanding of medical coding principles
- Dental assisting experience is a plus

Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in taking vital signs and recording patient information accurately
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
