Our work environment is upbeat and positive We are continuing to grow and are looking to add a results-oriented Acquisitions Specialist.

As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospects, following up on leads, building rapport with potential clients, and negotiating win/win solutions.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer, return, and followup on phone calls; respond to all leads generated in our system.
• Manage pipeline of prospects and followup on leads in a timely manner.
• Build rapport with potential clients and help them overcome objections to get the deal signed.
• Act as the lead contact for sellers.
• Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate solutions for both parties.
• Utilize the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.
• Learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position.
• Attend business meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements and Skills

• Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
• High School diploma required; further education is a plus.
• Strong ambition and a "Go-Getter" mentality.

• Must pass preemployment criminal background check.
• Good attendance record.
• Limited travel as required.
• Preferred, but not required, 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
