What you will do:

  • Interpret, convey, and ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and methods; ensure that personnel have clear guidelines of authority and responsibility.
  • Manage internal programs such as supporting client growth and security expansion.
  • Coordinate with Training Program Manager for the effective implementation and development of best security practices
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Post Orders and make recommendations to assure maximum availability of operational assets
  • Manage event security deployment, event planning. Serve as the main point of contact with the events and facilities (Workplace) teams.
  • Coordinate any changes to security posture, and disseminate any information received from the Operations Manager
  • Work with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to build and maintain incident response procedures and best security practices
  • Ensure the Operations Manager is kept informed on any discrepancies or information passed down from Security in their respective shifts
  • Take lead during weekly program syncs for respective areas
- Coordinate any changes to Surefox posture, and disseminate any information received from the Area Manager.- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure security briefs are accurately updated with the correct information:

  • Site specific BOLOs (Be On the Look Out) & POIs (Persons Of Interests) Events-
  • Deployment changes/ updates-
  • Work directly with Campus Security Management to facilitate operations related to their site-
  • Act as a liaison between the Client and Surefox when dealing with:
  • Sensitive employee exits-
  • FTE Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)-
  • Coordinate unplanned requests from the client-
  • Coordinate with the client in regards to their priority training exercises:
  • Quality control on Supervisors:
  • Deployment requirements are up to standard-
  • Trackers, rosters & metrics are up to date-
  • Audit day to day operations-
  • Audit Timesheets for respective areas:
  • Accuracy check-
  • Discrepancies are addressed and corrected-
  • Review and approval of employees' timesheets through Company's Time and Attendance Program-
  • Coordinate any personnel changes between respective sites.
  • Take lead during weekly program syncs for respective areas
  • Updating slides, ensuring accuracy, etc.
  • Ensure the Area Manager is kept informed on any discrepancies or information passed down from Campus Security Management in their respective areas.
  • Be the primary point of contact between Management and the Supervisors for any issues with the employees:
  • Payroll-
  • Scheduling-
  • Military Leave-
  • Counselings-
  • Conflict Resolutions-
  • Ensure all Supervisors are in compliance with Surefox and client policies/ procedures.
  • Facilitate any and all deliveries of Surefox documentation, to include:
  • Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)-
  • Policy Violations-
  • Performance Assessments-
  • Positive recognitionsWhat is required:
  • Must be eligible for employment within the United States
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening (Surefox will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all requirements of State and local laws, regulations or codes)
  • Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate
  • Must have a current BSIS guard card
  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
  • Strong judgment and decision making skills, and the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, and confidence to ask questions when you do not understand what is being asked or expected of you
  • Ability to supervise and mentor up and coming leaders, and work as part of a team with fellow managers and senior management
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn your role quickly, and individual initiative to identity and improve any process or issues that you discover in your role

What is desired:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisor/manager role over a team of at least 10 personnel
  • Experience in developing, organizing, and implementing training for assigned personnel
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration orFinance
  • Military, security or law enforcement related experience preferred
  • Professional SOP (Standard of Procedure) & Job Duties level of writing skills preferred
  • Course Certification in any of the following: First Aid / CPR / BLS
  • Diversity / EO / SHARP / Sensitivity Training
