**Job Title: Groundsman**

**Job Description**

Seeking a dedicated Groundsman to perform a variety of tasks including opening and closing railcar gates, putting up bulkheads, preparing shipping containers, installing condensation tarps, and general clean-up duties. The ideal candidate will follow all appropriate safety procedures to ensure a secure workplace.

**Work Environment**

Outdoor yard environment. Exposure to various weather conditions such as cold in winter and extreme heat in summer. The pace is fast, involving work in and around industrial settings.
