Be part of our team as a House Person, contributing significantly to ensuring our guests experience a spotless and inviting atmosphere.
As an integral member of our housekeeping team, your role goes beyond ordinary duties, involving a range of tasks that elevate the overall guest satisfaction.
You will be tasked with preserving cleanliness in public spaces, aiding in room setup, and guaranteeing that all shared areas are tidy and well-supplied.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Welcome and recognize all guests following company protocols
Show a pleasant demeanor to uphold top-tier guest service.
Support Housekeeping and Front Desk teams, when necessary.
Keep guest rooms, corridors, furniture, floors, and common areas clean and well-maintained.
Adhere to written and verbal instructions.
Demonstrate effective time management and task efficiency.
Replenish housekeeping materials.
Empty garbage bins and sanitize them.
Transport requested items to guest rooms.
Assist other departments, when called upon.
Comply with all company, safety, and security protocols.
Report maintenance issues, safety risks, incidents, or injuries.
Ensure linen closets are equipped with guest room supplies and information.
Dispose of trash and used linens from Room Attendants' carts throughout the day.
Maintain equipment and machinery carefully.
Remain attentive, courteous, and supportive to guests and colleagues consistently.
Undertake other appropriate tasks as needed.
