Job Summary:

  • Efficiently operate and troubleshoot CNC machining centers to maintain quality and productivity standards
  • Setup and operate numerically controlled lathes for performing various machining operations
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in machining processes while adhering to safety protocols
  • Read and interpret engineering specifications to meet quality requirements
  • Conduct first piece inspection and maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives as necessary

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required; technical degree in manufacturing technology preferred
  • 1-3 years of machining experience in a precision manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in CNC machine operation and reading technical documentation
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and understand shop math
  • Physical capacity to operate heavy machinery and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Strong leadership skills and computer literacy
  • Willingness to travel as needed
