Work Environment:
- We are a remote-first organization consisting of about 450 people who are globally distributed.
- The average tenure at our company is 7.1 years (whereas the average job span at similar tech companies is two to three years).
- Because we are a remote-first organization, we feel it is even more important to connect with your colleagues in person and build strong relationships. As a result, we invest in a company-paid, week-long summit every six months, at a destination that is conducive to working and enjoying each other's company.
- We have strong benefits and core values; however, we believe people stay at because the work environment allows them to thrive and they feel connected to the organization, each other, and our purpose.
