Role:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to assist in administrating sales incentive policies as well as daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. Working closely with the head of FP&A and Sales Ops, you will provide data-driven dashboards for senior leadership. You will also lead efforts to maintain and enhance sales incentive policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand complex commission incentive policies and processes.
  • Collect data from a variety of sources, including Billing, Sales, and Executive Operations; analyze it and determine usage for commission incentive calculations.
  • Calculate commission incentive payments according to incentive plan policies.
  • Review commission reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with BI team to quickly and effectively resolve issues submitted by the client partnership team.
  • Prepare and analyze sales KPIs.
  • Assist in developing annual budgets and frequent forecast updates in Pigment for revenues, margins, and expenses.
  • Assist with onboarding, budgets, and other administrative tasks for BILL's Spend & Expense platform.
  • Support any ad-hoc projects and financial analyses as needed, such as business planning and corporate policies.
  • Assist the Head of FP&A and Sales Ops with other duties as assigned.
  • Partner closely with global finance teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years of Corporate FP&A, data analysis, or sales operations experience.
  • Media, digital, and/or tech industry experience is ideal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, BILL, and Pigment is highly desired.
  • Experience working in international settings preferred.
  • Ability to be a hands-on contributor.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  • Advanced Excel skills (i.e., vLookup, pivot table, etc.) are essential.
  • Superb attention to detail and the capability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Will be required to communicate with multiple functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional financial, analytical, and modeling skills.

Work Environment:

  • We are a remote-first organization consisting of about 450 people who are globally distributed.
  • The average tenure at our company is 7.1 years (whereas the average job span at similar tech companies is two to three years).
  • Because we are a remote-first organization, we feel it is even more important to connect with your colleagues in person and build strong relationships. As a result, we invest in a company-paid, week-long summit every six months, at a destination that is conducive to working and enjoying each other's company.
  • We have strong benefits and core values; however, we believe people stay at because the work environment allows them to thrive and they feel connected to the organization, each other, and our purpose.
  • Our team environment supports a healthy work/life balance.
