Responsibilities

Our Technical Sales Representative (TSR) sells tools, technologies, and services in the Cemenation/Casing Accessories portfolio. The TSR leverages high-level product and operational knowledge to strategically sell, support cross-selling, and ensure client satisfaction at various locations.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • SAFETY, SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
    • Maintains safety and service quality as top priorities
    • Ensures ethical, compliant commercial activities
  • QUALITY
    • Adopts effective use of available Technology
    • Advises clients on Company participation
  • OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY
    • Owns the Sales life cycle process
  • CLIENT COMMUNICATION
    • Understands customer needs and positions products effectively
    • Proposes solutions formally and informally
  • FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
    • Generates annual revenue targets and addresses revenue gaps
    • Evaluates sales and identifies opportunities
  • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
    • Supports efficient resource use
    • Promotes Weatherford values and culture
Qualifications
  • 4 years of technical or operational experience in Cementation/Casing Accessories
  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Quick to grasp knowledge of Weatherford Products and Services
