About the Role:
As a full-time Service Lead and Keyholder, you play a vital role within the leadership team. Your commitment involves working 32 hours or more per week with access to benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more as part of our comprehensive benefits package. Our management team exemplifies passion, adaptability, and community care. They strive to ensure every customer stepping into our store encounters a positive and inspiring visit. Some of your daily responsibilities include:

  • Driving store-level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicators and taking corrective measures
  • Keeping the team engaged with customers, product knowledge sharing, and sampling
  • Enhancing team performance through education, coaching, and leading by example
  • Assisting in training, motivating, and developing team members
  • Supporting the Store Manager in administrative tasks, inventory management, and order processing
  • Maintaining visual standards, merchandising, and ensuring store cleanliness
  • Enforcing operational directives, policies, and procedures consistently among team members
  • Being a proud advocate for Lolli & Pops both inside and outside the store
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when needed
