Job Description:

  • Evaluate patients and verify their information before procedures
  • Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Perform routine diagnostic radiographs accurately
  • Assist in specialty procedures like surgeries, tomograms, and venograms
  • Participate in quality control testing and performance improvement projects
  • Provide education to students and new staff

Employment Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Vocational/Technical Degree in Radiology Technology or Advanced Imaging

Licensure/Certification Required: ARRT registration, current state license, current BLS certification

Licensure/Certification Preferred: Advanced Registry in Quality Management by ARRT
