Job Title:
Sales Associate at UNIQLO

Overview:
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role as the main customer service point of contact in the store. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing detailed product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass sales targets
- Maintain brand and operational standards
- Provide excellent customer service following UNIQLO service principles
- Support with cashier duties when necessary
- Manage merchandise shipment and presentation on the sales floor
- Assist in resolving store issues and provide product knowledge to customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Support with special projects as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage of $17.00 and a 30% employee discount
- Eligible for promotions every 3 months

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and move objects up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
