The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
Programmer 3 (PR3)


UNICON seeks a Data Warehouse Software Developer that also has programmer skills with ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) from Oracle databases, Star Schema data warehouse concepts.


Key Points:

oSoftware development, data warehousing tools, oracle database table builds, ETL ( extract, translate and load)and star schemas.

oDW additional information:

  • Publish IT Enterprise Artifacts
oCreates/edits/researches IT artifacts including policies, position papers, standards, procedures and best practices
oEnsures that all new and existing processes are well documented

  • Solutions Design
oWorks with the Technical Talent Pool, IT Managers and the IT Director to design solutions that meets the agencies requirements
oAssists with the analysis of the solution design's business case

  • Solution Fulfillment
oImplements/assists in implementing the high level solution design

  • Data Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability
oEnsures all enterprise data is consistent in form and access across all systems (i.e, SharePoint, OnBase)
oWork to make sure that data flow across the aforementioned data repositories is consistent and accurate
oEnsures that enterprise data and applications that access it is always available to the end users and is timely and accurate
oLeads initiatives that safeguard confidential data in the enterprise

ADA Requirements:


Equipment in use in job performance: Personal Computers, servers, network components, telephones, calculator, copy machines, printers, faxes, cell phones and common writing devices.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to work from a step ladder.
