Job Description:
  • Solid expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) development


Requirements:
  • Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with a strong Decisioning background and ownership of technical solutions
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Pega CDH v8.8, leading the design, elaboration, and execution of business processes, strategies, rules, Analytical models, Alert Designer, Action & Offer Management life cycle, Propensities, and more
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing class structure, hierarchy, and data models to enhance Pega frameworks
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creating treatment groups, classes, properties, and data elements within Pega
  • Minimum 3 years of experience assessing the impact of change requests on logic and updating design documents
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building/updating Decisioning components, strategies, and designs
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing custom systems integration solutions as per business requirements
  • Proficiency in applying design principles of decisioning strategies, Next Best Action, and Predictive analysis
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in APIc (Azure) integration, file storage, and secure file transfer technologies
  • Experience in Agile methodology, with a preference for SAFe methodology for structured timely delivery of solutions
  • Hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x platforms
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in deployment and code-merge activities, collaborating with teams
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, working closely with business and technology teams
  • Experience in onshore/offshore support model, collaborating with offshore teams
  • Experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools

Preferred:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, and other database types
  • 1-3 years of experience in SalesForce Marketing/Service cloud integration
  • 1-3 years of experience and working knowledge in APIc (AWS), Benz (AWS), Braze (SaaS) technologies, and authentication protocols
  • Experience in IVR Technologies such as AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot, etc.
