Family Service League is seeking afull-time,
Social Worker for our Mental Health Clinic based out of Huntington.
The Social Worker will provide evaluations, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention to children, families, and adults with a full range of DSM diagnoses in a clinic setting, including co-occurring disorders.

The Social Worker will provide individual and group therapy to adults and children with a full range of DSM diagnoses in a clinic setting.
Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health in an electronic medical record, including progress notes, comprehensive assessments and individual actions plans.
The Social Worker will communicate with all relevant referral sources, care coordination providers, and family members.Coordinate and provide linkage to community resources and for discharge planning.
Attend routine supervision and team meetings.
Master's degree in social work required.
Prior experience diagnosing using the DSM V and experience with behavioral/therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records, required.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
