Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Property Manager with exceptional attention to detail and top-notch customer service skills to oversee three historic apartment communities in NW Portland. These communities boast a combined total of 106 units.

The Property Manager will handle day-to-day property management tasks such as marketing, ensuring property upkeep, screening potential residents, rent collection, issuing notices, generating reports, and preparing contracts.

Location: The Lafayette, Highland Court, and Elite Court Apartments (NW Portland)

Hourly Rate: $25-$28/hr

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Weekly Hours: 40 hrs

Additional Benefits: Monthly $50.00 cell phone allowance and mileage reimbursement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of previous customer service experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of previous property management experience
  • Prior experience with Entrata Property Management Software preferred
  • Basic proficiency in MS365 (TEAMS, Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Fundamental mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
  • Aptitude for bookkeeping activities like rent collection, report preparation, and agreement creation
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail
  • Available for on-call emergencies
  • Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws, Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance proof required
