As a Data Analyst, you will be:
Responsible for performing / overseeing the supplier diversity spend analysis, data mining, program forecasting and ad hoc reporting.
Responsible for supporting diversity classification identification and maintenance to ensure data accuracy, auditability, and integrity.
Responsible for collecting, track and report metrics to ensure the program goals are met.
Responsible for monitoring and analysing trends, benchmark data and report both corporate and industry impacts in a timely manner.
Providing consolidated reports of spend with diverse suppliers.
Responsible for creating dashboards and analysing the diversity spend and other data across the enterprise.
Responsible for compilation of reports into presentations used internally and externally.
Organizing / analysing data sets from ERP system, in-house knowledge management systems, and external organizations.
Conducting compliance reporting for supplier diversity regulatory requirements (e.g. federal, state and local reporting)
Conducting external benchmarking covering emerging and best practices for review with management on a periodic basis.
Researching and maintaining industry knowledge; identify and monitor trends.
Providing ongoing support to Global Supplier Diversity Leader as requested.
The ideal candidate will have:
2-3 years of operational finance, supply chain or other relevant experience
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g. advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
Must be comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data sets (e.g. financial, savings analyses).
Strong data analytics, organization, and data visualization skills.
Experience with strategic sourcing methodology and supplier contracting.
Experience with Supplier Diversity contracting.
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD)
Knowledge of Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry.
Previous experience with or insights applicable to spend categories.
Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, People Soft, SAP, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:
$ $46.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
