About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a Controller whos a whiz with numbers and a champion of financial integrity. Youll be the financial backbone of our client's team, steering the ship with your expertise and ensuring all of their global operations are consolidated at this location

What Youll Do:

  • Managing the inter-company consolidations of 10+ entities globally at this location.
  • Plan, predict, and manage our cash flows.
  • Budgeting wont just be a task, itll be your masterpiece, as you craft and oversee our financial blueprint that will help drive business for their North American operations.
  • Youll be the guardian of our clients' financial processes, always on the lookout for ways to boost efficiency and compliance
  • Reporting wont just be about numbers; itll be about telling the story behind them to senior management as your play a strategic role in managing the business.
  • Lead a team of great accountants, nurturing their growth and ensuring theyre as sharp as our balance sheets.

Who You Are:

  • MBA or Bachelors degree in Accounting and a solid 5+ years of progressive experience at a mid to large size company with a desired to move forward in their career
  • CPA or CMA designation highly desired
  • 1-2+ years of direct leadership experience holding any of the past or present job titles: Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager / Supervisor
  • A tech-savvy number cruncher with a special place in your heart for Excel
