Job Description

Review contractual and local requirements applicable to site quality

Review lessons learnt from previous projects and relevant project plans (e.g SQP, SMP)

Review Contractor Quality Plans to ensure alignment with the Project Quality Plans and the customer requirements

Identify and follow up risks and mitigations to fulfill site quality expectations after reviews and discussions with stakeholders

Set up and educate site personnel in the quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and PG requirements, as well as applicable codes & standards

Provide Quality Induction training to site personnel

Execute and follow up the Quality Plans, master test plan, and completion system status for site activities as necessary

Review quality documentations for correctness and completeness before approval

Communicate quality control plans and erection documentation effectively to the site management team and contractors

Ensure implementation and monitoring of Quality Control processes

Oversee inspection/testing during Civil, Mechanical & Electrical erection and Commissioning, ensuring adherence to the quality control system

Organize and supervise acceptance testing and approvals as required on site

Deploy completion system, deviation, NCR System, CCRP system, and other Quality tools at site, ensuring full deployment and adequate user training

Ensure calibration and availability of testing and measurement equipment used on site

Follow up on completion system status regarding inspections, certifications, outstanding works, including punch list

Provide site KPIs related to Quality to stakeholders as needed

Coordinate, follow-up, and lead site inspections, supporting punch-out item management

Offer Quality inputs to site management for on-time and in-budget project execution support

Conduct site quality inspection of incoming goods and report any deviations according to project regulations

Ensure compliance with handling and storage guidelines for delivered material and equipment

Apply and ensure compliance with ITP/ITR by sub-contractors, including Hold points and Witness points

Generate, distribute, update, and archive site quality documentation according to Management system and completion system requirements

Establish Site Quality audit program, including contractor and internal audits

Participate in internal and contractor quality audits as per the Site Quality audit program

Assist and coordinate planned external site audits

Monitor contractor compliance with Quality requirements and implement corrective actions as necessary

Ensure adherence and governance of quality management system at site

Support in identifying lessons learnt and contribute to the ToE process

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality process Management/System for Construction and commissioning
  • Power or energy industry experience
  • Track record and proven capability in Change Management within large and complex organizations
  • Experience in process management, ideally in project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry, or other quality and process-oriented sectors
  • Continuous Improvement experience
  • L6S Belt
  • Capacity to communicate effectively, result oriented, speed in execution, openness, and listening skills
  • Test coordination experience
  • ISO9001 knowledge
  • Certified auditor
  • Knowledge and experience on construction codes / standards
  • English fluency (written + spoken)
  • Computer skills and knowledge of completion systems

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
