We are looking for Echo Sonographers to join our team

The patient population we work with ranges from newborn to young adults. Echo sonographers must be proficient in working with pediatric patients who have a variety of complex medical and psychosocial conditions.

Depending on departmental requirements, you may be tasked with conducting 12 and 15 lead ECGs, Holter monitor hookups, cardiac event monitor hookups, and cardiac exercise treadmill testing.

  • Appropriately adapts assessment, treatment, and/or service methods to accommodate age-specific or other developmental needs of the patient.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology or equivalent is required.

Specialized care at our facility includes orthopedic and surgical services, ICU, women's services, a newborn nursery, comprehensive cardiovascular care from diagnostics to open heart surgery, vascular lab, sleep center, and more. We also have an Outpatient Imaging Center and three medical plazas, one of which houses our CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program and CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Health Center.

Demonstrate competence in performing assigned patient care responsibilities that meet the age-specific and developmental needs of the patients served by the department.

Two years of experience in the Cardiology field is preferred. Experience with stress testing is also preferred. This is a Full-Time position with an 8-hour shift from 10AM to 7PM.
