How you'll contribute to the team:

As a Fleet and Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance and repair plans to ensure the safety and reliability of all vehicles and equipment. You will continually review records and the profitability of the fleet, equipment, and facilities, and conduct quality control and safety inspections to ensure adherence to safe work procedures. This role also involves monitoring and maintaining all vehicle and equipment records and logs, developing and implementing policies and procedures for fleet operations and maintenance, and coordinating the company's fleet management software. Additionally, you will manage compliance with federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations, oversee facility security systems, perform light maintenance duties, and work closely with vendors and contractors for facility improvements. Performs all other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring to the table:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities. Critical thinking skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related computer software is required, along with technical skills in using equipment such as GPS trackers and iPads. Candidates should also have a professional appearance, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license is necessary

How you'll qualify:

Candidates should have at least 5 years experience working in facilities, fleet operations, and maintenance, or proven equivalent experience. An associate's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field is preferred.

What to expect in the office/field:

Candidates should be prepared to occasionally respond (on average 1-2 times per month) to security or weather-related emergencies outside of normal business hours. This role involves extended periods of desk work, requiring proficiency with computers and other office equipment. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable walking on uneven surfaces and adaptable to various weather conditions when conducting site visits.
