Role Overview:

  • Lead warehouse operations, overseeing activities and ensuring a secure work environment
  • Supervise warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order accuracy
  • Manage truck routing and delivery schedules efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Two to three years of leadership experience in an industrial warehouse setting
  • Proficiency in inventory control, truck dispatching, and conducting cycle counts
  • Experience in training and guiding teams
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and modern warehousing technologies
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Background in plumbing is advantageous but not mandatory
