Position Summary:

HealthFlex is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Aide. By joining our 5 star rated clinical team; you will be providing skilled services to help patients regain their independence in the comfort of their own home.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Assist in providing a safe environment for the client.
  • Participates in client teaching according to the client's plan of care.
  • Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care.
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
  • Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.
  • Use equipment properly and in a safe manner.

Requirements
  • HHA certification required.
  • Experience as a Home Health Aide or Hospice Aide a plus
  • Current AHA CPR certification
  • Driver's License
