Work Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Live Nation Concerts team, as part of the Live Nation music business. This role involves a mix of transactional and entry-level Accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handling A/P invoices, manual checks, and wires
• Setting up and maintaining vendor accounts
• Communicating with vendors and addressing inquiries
• Managing recurring payments
• Contributing to special AP projects
• Supporting Team Training initiatives
• Performing additional assigned tasks

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Familiarity with Oracle is a bonus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
