What's your day like?

As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at S.J. Louis, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting regular maintenance checks, identifying mechanical issues, and performing necessary repairs to keep our equipment in top working condition. You will collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and contribute to the overall success of our construction projects.

Are you the Heavy Equipment Mechanic we're looking for?

To excel as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at S.J. Louis, you should possess strong mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail. Problem-solving skills are essential as you diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team is crucial in our fast-paced construction environment. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment, as well as experience in repairing hydraulic systems and diesel engines, will be beneficial in this role.
