TMS is a proven, non-invasive, FDA-cleared therapy for drug-resistant depression. Esketamine is an FDA-approved nasal spray for patients with treatment-resistant depression. About the role:
Our company is experiencing rapid growth, presenting an exciting opportunity for a seasoned physician/provider recruiter to enhance their talent acquisition skills. The Physician Recruiter will collaborate with the Business and Medical leadership teams to develop recruitment and hiring programs focusing on key Psychiatrist and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) talent acquisition while maintaining the company culture in a dynamic business environment.

  • Create a comprehensive sourcing plan for clinical (Physician and PMHNP) positions.
  • Establish relationships with residency programs, industry events, social media sourcing, and online search.
  • Build a pipeline of talented clinicians for current and future needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as cold calling, emailing, social media, and direct mail.
  • Stay updated on clinical hiring trends, compensation ranges, and industry changes.
  • Manage the full talent acquisition process for provider positions.
  • Engage Leadership teams to ensure a common understanding of Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Consult leadership on effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proactively plan resources and analyze supply and demand.
  • Develop applicant pools from diverse sources.

Qualifications:
This is a remote role, seeking candidates in San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Denver, CO, and Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of physician/provider recruitment experience, with a focus on recruiting Psychiatrists. Strong communication skills, the ability to work well with all levels of the organization, and proficiency in sourcing tools and methods are essential. The role requires occasional travel to job fairs and events, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.

Salary for the position ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location. The benefits package includes medical plan options, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid time off and holidays, retirement savings with a Company match, annual bonus potential, and ongoing incentive compensation.
