Job Responsibilities:
  • Operating multiple presses per shift, handling manual press operations within specified cycle times
  • Conducting initial and final article checks as per the control plan requirements
  • Monitoring proper function of all auxiliary equipment and grinding runners where necessary
  • Weighing and labeling each bag, box, or tote correctly
  • Ensuring accuracy of all labels based on work order details
  • Performing dimensional and visual quality inspections
  • Documenting quality checks and corrective actions on the Attribute chart
  • Preparing all necessary paperwork for upcoming changes
  • Properly managing and documenting rejected products on the injection molding machines
  • Maintaining cleanliness around the injection molding machines as per department procedures
  • Ensuring effective communication to address and resolve problems and changes promptly
  • Assisting in cross-training and providing on-the-job training to other team members when required
  • Active participation in Continuous Improvement teams and activities, including 5S & housekeeping
  • Additional duties as assigned by the manager

Job Qualifications:
Applicants must have previous experience in industrial/manufacturing roles.
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
Ability to remain on feet for the entire shift.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and effective communication.
This position is for the 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am) with a starting rate of $14.00 per hour.

Payment Details:
$14.00 per hour
