Job Overview

Overview: The role involves setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting food servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently clears dirty table settings and readies them for reseating; consistently resets all serviceware as required.
  • Ensures stations are stocked and clean for all meal periods, equipped with necessary items such as silverware, linen, and condiments; undertakes tasks like wiping booths and chairs, relocating tables and chairs, and cleaning floors as needed.
  • Serves guests beverages, bread, and butter, and refills as necessary; supports servers with food and beverage service.
  • Transports used tableware from the dining area to the dishwashing section.
  • Executes general cleaning activities using standard cleaning products as directed by the supervisor.
  • Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain a sufficient supply.
  • Completes all assigned side work, which includes restocking condiments and side stands.
  • Performs other duties as instructed, like managing unexpected spills, attending to special guest requests, and welcoming and seating guests.
  • Carries out additional tasks as delegated.
