About the Role:

As a **CBRE Facilities Director**, you will be the main point of contact for providing facilities management services to a large property in San Jose, CA. The role entails living in this market and working on-site.
This position falls under **Facilities Management**, focusing on the operations of assets to support Property Managers in repairs and investment plans.


What You'll Do:
  • Supervise employees, provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting.
  • Manage the team's activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
  • Review strategic staffing plans, handle budgets, and negotiate service contracts.
  • Collaborate with client management and departments to address issues.
  • Utilize knowledge of various disciplines, business, and performance drivers.
  • Lead by example, negotiate with partners, and solve complex problems.
  • Create action plans to enhance financial positions.

What You'll Need:

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree (preferred), 8-12 years of experience, Facility Management certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
