This position offers a competitive hourly rate, along with benefits such as vacation, personal, and sick time. With evening hours, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff in our facilities.
- Assist with site snow removal and grounds maintenance to ensure accessibility and safety
- Clean assigned facilities and grounds to maintain sanitation and attractiveness
- Operate various equipment for maintenance duties
- Prepare facilities for daily operations
- Respond to inquiries and safety concerns promptly
- Support other maintenance staff
Minimum Qualifications:
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Skills: Ability to perform various tasks with attention to safety practices
Knowledge: Understanding of basic math and industrial cleaning methods
Ability: Flexibility to work in a team environment, follow guidelines, and adapt to changing priorities
