We are currently seeking an enthusiastic US based ABC Certified Prosthetist or Orthotist, or a TX licensed practitioner, to join our team in Texas, specifically at our recent location in Addison, TX. Similar positions are also available in Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. While prior management experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Possessing a Texas state license is advantageous. Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Leading the clinic(s) to ensure exceptional O&P patient care services
  • Supervising, training, and developing clinic personnel
  • Working closely with leadership to implement policies and procedures
  • Contributing to the region's annual plan and budget development
  • Adhering to professional standards and regulations
  • Building and maintaining referral source relationships
  • Fostering a positive company culture
  • Assisting in the clinic's strategic development
  • Undertaking additional assigned duties
