Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and lead the Front Office, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention and Spa teams.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and associate engagement trends and take swift action on any issues
  • Builds bench for directors and managers. In addition, oversees the recruiting efforts for each department. Holds leaders accountable to goals
  • Guides and coaches' teams on operational processes and procedures.
  • Proactively recognize productivity issues and creates action plans with directors to resolve them.

  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting and long-range forecast process
  • Motivate and lead departments through ongoing training and development plans.
  • Expert level knowledge of TM1, P&L, and P&L Critique preferred
  • Coaching team and ensuring accountability for processes and results
  • Managing up to senior hotel leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills towards team, other hotel departments, guests, and owners
