WHO OUR CLIENT IS:
Search Solution Group is looking for the ideal candidate for our client who is the world's largest manufacturer of thermal transfer ribbons for barcode and dye-sublimation printers.

SUMMARY

IT Analysts are responsible for the development, administration, and user integration of software applications. At this company, the applications range from the ERP system (Epicor) to information and intelligence solutions (PowerBI).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with a team to design, develop, and accurately deliver business solutions associated with the ERP and supporting business platforms.
  • Administer and apply continuous improvement to current applications.
  • Provide daily assistance to customers (including PA, NC, TX, NH and remote users)
  • Evaluate opportunities to advance the current application offering.
  • Provide support for company and department initiatives that may be beyond your current role and responsibilities.
  • Other assignments as necessary

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 5yrs related work experience.
  • A strong understanding of how information is structured and processed within an ERP application.
o Experience with Epicor 10 and Kinetic is a strong plus.

Experience with acquiring data form multiple sources and providing information solutions. o Experience with SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of systems hardware and software.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills, and ability to take responsibility for deliverables.

  • The ability to interpret written or verbal instructions from non-technical customers and

    convert that information into a technical solution.
  • Demonstrate proficient reasoning.
