Job Description

Cambridge Security Seals is in search of a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team and contribute to our growth. To thrive in this role, you need a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent relationship-building abilities, and the knack for creating and implementing effective sales strategies. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a positive attitude are vital.

The ideal candidate should possess proven B2B sales experience, excel in lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product and market knowledge
  • Prospect and cold call potential clients
  • Build customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Negotiate with potential customers
  • Maintain activity records and client data using our CRM software
  • Provide regular updates to management
  • Conduct customer presentations in-person and through video calls
  • Represent CSS at trade exhibitions
  • Coordinate sales activities with marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
  • Solid grasp of sales processes and dynamics
  • Dedication to exceptional customer service
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly connect with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to close deals

This role is based at our headquarters in Pomona, New York. The compensation package includes base salary plus commission, and comprehensive health care and 401K benefits.
