Job Summary: Patient Dining Associates play a crucial role in healthcare facilities. They assist patients with menu selections, assemble, deliver, and collect meal trays, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Help patients with menu selections and ensure compliance with nutritional needs.
  • Coordinate menu alternatives for patients with dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Assemble meals accurately and timely, following regulatory standards.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and patient rights policies.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with dietitians and communicate patient concerns promptly.
  • Complete reports and comply with health and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English, basic computer, and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and maneuver food delivery carts.
