This position is within the Cyber Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f and serves the US Cyber Command mission. Classified under the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level in the CES Occupational Structure, it is based at the DISA JT INTEROPERABILITY TEST CMD.

• Open to Federal employees from Competitive and Excepted service, Military spouses, National Guard & reserves, and Veterans.

Duties

• Lead or be part of a team testing radio frequency (RF) equipment for various waveforms.
• Set up RF test equipment and conduct RF Test and Evaluation.
• Document test results, analyze data, and communicate technical information effectively.
• Manage test program schedules and resources efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must meet security clearance criteria and may require drug testing.

Qualifications

• Basic Requirements include Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving.
• Qualifying Experience at the GG-13 level includes serving as an RF technician or engineer lead.

Education

No substitution of education for experience at the GG-13 level.
