KB Sourcing, LLC, representing one of our clients, seeks a skilled and innovative licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to join their team. Our client is an engineering and development firm specializing in infrastructure, logistics, and industrial projects. • Position Overview:

  We need a motivated Civil Engineer with experience in land planning, drainage analysis, project management, and a passion for delivering top-notch results. Experience in Hydraulics & Hydrology, construction quality control, team leadership, and effective communication is essential.

• Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

  2. Use engineering software to design and analyze civil engineering projects related to Land and Site Development Sub-sectors.

  3. Conduct site visits, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and resolve design conflicts.

  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address technical concerns.

  5. Obtain permits and approvals to ensure project compliance with regulations.

  6. Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.

  7. Identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize project efficiency.

  8. Ensure quality and safety on all projects.

  9. Maintain client communication and provide project updates.

  10. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.

  2. Professional Engineering (PE) license with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  3. Proficiency in engineering software and project management.

  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  7. Familiarity with industry codes and regulations.

  8. Experience in Hydraulics & Hydrology and erosion control.

  9. Strong leadership and team management skills.
