A Fortune 500 client is looking for a System Admin on their site in Maple Grove, MN.

This client is leading company in the Aerospace and Defense, communications, enterprise healthcare, industrial, capital equipment and energy industries to deliver solutions for their most complex challenges in manufacturing hardware solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in system administration and will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the clients IT infrastructure.

You will be customer facing and assist with desktop/application support, and server/cloud support.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in MDM intune
Prior manufacturing experience
Considers themselves a jack of all trades in IT support.
Must have experience previously working in a helpdesk/destop support environment
Must be able to Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems and hardware.
Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability of systems.
Manage and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Provide technical support to end users and assist with resolving IT issues.
Document systems configurations, processes, and procedures.
