Bethel Brews & Bites is a small coffee & sandwich shop located in the heart of Louisa. We offer a family friendly, cozy environment.

Duties:

  • Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sandwich preparation
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, grills, and ovens efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
  • Assist in stocking and organizing inventory to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders promptly
  • Uphold food safety regulations and guidelines at all times

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a grocery store, restaurant, or kitchen setting is advantageous
  • Familiarity with basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating orders
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards
  • Experience in bussing or sales within the food industry is a plus

Skills:

  • Proficiency in basic math skills for recipe measurements and order calculations
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sandwich assembly
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality
  • Customer service orientation to provide friendly service to patrons
