Job Title: Estimator

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate estimates for projects of various sizes and complexities.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Create scope proposals for general contractors.
  • Support planning and estimating to ensure optimal form systems integration.
  • Contribute to safety goals by identifying and reducing hazards early on.
  • Collect and analyze data for bid proposals.
  • Review historical data to enhance accuracy in the bidding process.
  • Analyze specifications and drawings to define scope of work.
  • Maximize profitability while maintaining focus on long-term growth, safety, and quality.
  • Execute special projects and other assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
  • Two years of experience in reading structural drawings and using computer-aided estimation tools.
  • Knowledge of concrete construction.
Concrete Frame Associates offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a competitive 401k plan. The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
