- Current California Education Specialist Credentials -Extensive Support Needs or Moderate/Severe (Attach a printout with the detailed Document Number from the CTC website. Do not attach the certificate.)
- CLAD or other English Learner Authorization (The authorization may be embedded in your CA credential)
- College transcripts (Unofficial copies are acceptable for application purposes)
