The Experience Senior Living Team is a group of passionate professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of residents, their families, and team members.

We are searching for a Director of Sales to join our exceptional team.

Location: Greenwood, IN

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed monthly sales standards.
  • Focus on sales activities in various forms to connect with clients effectively.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and conduct tours.
  • Maintain the community's database accurately.
  • Develop relationships with referral sources.
  • Stay informed about local competition and market changes.
  • Create and oversee sales and marketing plans.
  • Track move-ins, move-outs, and referral activities.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for resident transitions.
  • Provide reports to monitor sales efforts.
  • Attend sales training events.
  • Promote community events to attract prospects.
  • Manage the department's budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Senior living experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Sales background in healthcare or senior living helpful.
  • Creative and innovative mindset desired.
  • Expertise in relationship selling.
  • Experience with motivational interviewing techniques.
  • Ability to connect with clients and guide them.
  • Customer service skills necessary.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have a current driver's license.
  • Help residents transition into the community.
  • Flexible schedule required.
